Payments are due in full upon the completion of the event. Accepted payment methods are Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Cashapp. Failure to provide payment as agreed may result in legal action to recover the owed amount.

4. Cancellation Policy:
Clients must provide written notice of cancellation. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may incur a cancellation fee, as specified in the booking contract.

5. Liability:
Nick Washington, "The Maestro," is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the event. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the event location is suitable for the equipment provided.

6. Equipment and Setup:
Nick will bring all necessary keyboard and sound equipment. Clients must ensure that the event location has adequate space and power supply for the equipment. Any damage to the equipment caused by the client or their guests is the client's responsibility.

7. Changes to Event Details:
Any significant changes to the event (e.g., date, time, location, music) must be confirmed with Nick at least 7 days before the event. Changes may be subject to additional fees and availability.

8. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through amicable negotiations. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes may be taken to [local arbitration or court] in Cincinnati, OH.

9. Intellectual Property:
All content and materials provided by Nick Washington, "The Maestro," including music and performance content, remain the intellectual property of Nick Washington and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
